When the car was done the battery was dead and the Porter mentioned that one of battery cells was out and should have been replace. This is after waiting almost 45 min for my car. When he jumped it he did n mentioned that one of battery cells was out and should have been replace. This is after waiting almost 45 min for my car. When he jumped it he did not put the plastic pieces back properly. I had to Pull over and do it my self. My radio instrument panel was not working after the jump. I called dealer to see if I could re set it no response. Although Julie Escobar called and kept me informed. The follow up at the dealer ship and the communication was terrible. More
