I took truck in 6 months ago for same issue and the did not fix it and was supposed to call me as to when they had the parts. Never got called. Overall was a very easy experience, searched for the vehicle I was interested in on Carfax.com. located the vehicle I was interested at the dealership. Contacted Angel the salesman, took the car for a vehicle I was interested in on Carfax.com. located the vehicle I was interested at the dealership. Contacted Angel the salesman, took the car for a test drive. Signed the contract was out the door within an hour of driving to the dealership. Thanks for making the experience very easy. More

I usually wait at the dealership while my car is getting serviced, the service team at Mark Christopher is pretty quick, and I still have time to continue with my errands safely. And the waiting area is comfortable rather inside or outside. With the service dept. working expeditiously the waiting area is never crowded and I feel safe to interact with service reps during the pandemic and not have to be concerned about anyone in my personal space. I also love that the dealership is close to my home, if there is traffic I can still get there in a decent time. More
I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took for my service. I had made an appt. for 8 AM. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there early and only waited about 5-10 min to get my service written up, I thought it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. I was very wrong. The time went on and on and I never got any kind of update from anyone. I was not the only one getting impatient there were several others. Finally I noticed the service writer outside and asked him about by car. He said it was ready now and would finish the paperwork. How much longer would I have waited if I didn't ask. It was 10:49, almost 3 hours when I paid for my service. I also had to wait 5-10 min for my car to be brought up. I was also very surprised to be charged 24.95 to rotate the tires. I know you can do better! More
Thte lady who was assigned to help me was fantastic. The repairs were great. The pick up was not as smooth. Cashiers could be more helpful after payment with directions to find the vehicle.
