Worst experience I’ve ever had, the manager made me have the worst experience by telling me “I’m not going to help you take it up with GM.” I’m never going back. Dealer promised repair by 11 and stamped customer waiting. I had wife pick me up to run errands. Called at 1130 but not ready. Ran more errands and called at 2 and was told they got backlogged in tha waiting. I had wife pick me up to run errands. Called at 1130 but not ready. The message at 10 said it would be ready at 11-1130. So I got it back at 3 putting me 4 hours behind leaving town. That’s why I made an appointment for 8 in the morning for what was told was a 2-3 hour repair. So much for integrity. When I asked to speak to the GM. He was obviously unavailable. When I arrived I asked to speak to the service director. He picked up the cashier’s phone instantly but they had a brief conversation and then I was told he was with another customer. How could he pick up her call but say he was with a customer and couldn’t talk to me. More
