I would normally give 5 stars on every level for Mark Christopher Cadillac! But now that Cadillacs Service Dept. is paired with Chevrolet and all others, Service wait times are way too long. I had an app Christopher Cadillac! But now that Cadillacs Service Dept. is paired with Chevrolet and all others, Service wait times are way too long. I had an appointment for Service at 8:40. Due to the size of the line, a Service Writer was unable to attend to me until after 9. That being said the service is always great as well as service personnel. But being in the Cadillac side the treatment is 1st Class with immediate attention upon arrival to their service drive. Cadillac Service needs to go Back to the way it was. There’s not even any Cadillac Merchandise in the Parts Department or Show Room. My ATS-V has always been serviced promptly as well as it being washed after Service on the Cadillac Side. Just Saying! More

Joke to make appointment. For an oil change and recall it took 6.5 hrs. I also told the guy to change my in cabin filters and air filter and after the 6.5hrs. They called to ask me if I wanted them chang it took 6.5 hrs. I also told the guy to change my in cabin filters and air filter and after the 6.5hrs. They called to ask me if I wanted them changed! I was there waiting...Service rep said 15 mins.an hour later I had to ask what the status was on the vehicle. He was upset and called the shop. Shop was joking around with him so Service rep slammed the phone down and went into the shop to check on my vehicle..finally received my car at around 3pm and having an appointment at 9am! JOKE.. I will in the future avoid that place even though I have bought all of my cars from them! I have a life thats why I made appointment and they disregard them and take first come first serve!. Bologna!
