My 2021 chev Silverado 3500 HD was sitting there for 9 days. I took it on Monday for couple issues 1) speed sensor 2) Tire pressure monitors not working, I told them if they could not get them to work days. I took it on Monday for couple issues 1) speed sensor 2) Tire pressure monitors not working, I told them if they could not get them to work I wanted all six replaced. 3) rear view camera not working I sat in the customer waiting area for two days from 8 AMto 5 PM at what point I was told they were going to over night the speed sensor but it might take 5 days to get it . I I kept calling with no returned call from the service advisor. So after 9 days I picked it up and the only thing that was done was the speed sensor. Nothing else on the list was done. So the day I picked it up was raining and I sat outside waiting for someone to bring my truck. After 30 minutes waiting I walked inside asking what is taking so long. I still had to wait additional 25 minutes for my truck More

I’ve come twice for service. Both times check in was an absolute disaster. It took well over half an hour to even be acknowledged then even longer to officially be checked in. 7am appointment. It took them 1 hour to check a “Check Engine” light I informed them on the phone it was probably a faulty thermostat, and “tire pressure” indicator. The car was returned to the lot parkin Engine” light I informed them on the phone it was probably a faulty thermostat, and “tire pressure” indicator. The car was returned to the lot parking space at 8:05 after 3 more hours the car sat and after 3 personal check-ins they informed me that it is the thermostat, it is on back order, and they will call me when it comes in!!!!! When I returned to my car the check engine light is still illuminated as well as the tire pressure indicator. Can you please let me know what they did????? More

I can’t believe how professional and thorough service manager and crew were about getting my vehicle b chance to use Mark Christopher service center. I think the only problem is if they do such a good job keeping up buy two year old Silverado I may just decide to keep it for the next 10 years. Been in for an oil change twice now and both time my Def was not check, you put new brake pads on for a recall but did not reset the time line for brake pads.
