Service department never answered phone calls. Never called back when messages were left. I had to go to dealership to find out if car was done. No one seems to know what is going on. My appointment could not be located, Once someone finally helped me I asked about using my Costco Coupon he said you can’t use it on diesels (coupons My appointment could not be located, Once someone finally helped me I asked about using my Costco Coupon he said you can’t use it on diesels (coupons has no exclusions) he had just checked my vehicle in, it is not a diesel.
