Not the fault of my service advisors, but major issue with Cadillac/GM as they continue to support my new EV purchase and ongoing concerns. I have had my car 3000 miles and already had to take it to this with Cadillac/GM as they continue to support my new EV purchase and ongoing concerns. This is my second car I purchased at Mark Christopher Auto Center. Once again, received wonderful service. My sales person, Mike Sheridan, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He took hi Auto Center. Once again, received wonderful service. My sales person, Mike Sheridan, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He took his time and answered all of my questions about the new Cadillac I bought. He explained the warranty and points system, helped set up my app Onstar and Bluetooth. Most importantly, he allowed me time to make the decision to purchase the vehicle. He was never pushy. The staff was very transparent about what was included in the price.. that was very important to me. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is shopping for a new car.
