My 2010 hybrid Tahoe took 2 weeks to get a vac hose repaired. After discussing the problem and timing I understand the reason for the long outage due to obtaining the hose. The dealer should have offer repaired. After discussing the problem and timing I understand the reason for the long outage due to obtaining the hose. The dealer should have offered me the option of keeping the Tahoe for my use while the hose was back ordered or offered a loaner vehicle as I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks. I have used this dealer for over $10,000 in repairs this calendar year and would have expected more consideration than I received. More

The service techs at this dealership do not know what they’re doing. The service advisors don’t care whether you leave satisfied or not if your vehicle is fixed or not you’re just a number and a problem they’re doing.
