We took our vehicle to Mark Christopher Auto Center because the outside mirror on driver side was not working correctly. The problem was identified and the part to repair it was ordered. Took my car in for a recall to replace the tire jack. After 45 days I called and asked if my jack ever came in. The said Yes. I bought the car in just to swap out the old car jack for the new car jack. After 45 days I called and asked if my jack ever came in. The said Yes. I got there at 11:54 a.m. and never got my car back till 3:30 p.m. Had to wait in the lobby 3 and a half hours for a tire jack replacement that's ridiculous. I also overheard another customer in the lobby waiting saying that he brought his car in at 9:00 a.m. with an appointment and still hadn't received his car back and it was 2:00 p.m.. More
