Went in looking for a new Silverado and met with Anthony fairly quickly. Didn't seem like the typical dealer experience with throwing services and bugging you with questions. The negotiation was also very pleasing to deal with, they were up front and honest about pricing and managed to bring a deal that both sides were happy with in a decent time. Finance I was also dreading the typical throwing even more services at me (LoJack, Prepaid Maintenance, Paint protection, etc.) However it was far from the normal experience I get with dealerships. I was explained the benefits of an extended warranty, shown difference in payment and that was it. No GAP pitch, no prepaid maintenance or "paint protection" etc. Probably one of the best vehicle negotiation experiences I've ever had when buying a car. Thank you! Will be back in the future! More

This dealer provides exceptional service. I went to M.K. Smith in Chino and it was horrible they were rude and mean. This service department has class and made me feel token care of. Great customer service and honestly recommended the repair for my car which probably wouldn’t completely fix the known issue with my sunroof. I was not pressured into a repair that has not been fixing repair for my car which probably wouldn’t completely fix the known issue with my sunroof. Had my Camaro looked at for some steering issues. Turned out to only need an alignment, they did not recommend anything that my vehicle didnt need.
