Service department employees have no people skills, no knowledge of there job, and no communication skills. I have always brought my vehicle here for service since I bought the vehicle at this location an knowledge of there job, and no communication skills. I have always brought my vehicle here for service since I bought the vehicle at this location and have always had issues with the service department employees on this matter. This last time I had to speak with the Manager Mike in this department about the issues. More

Staff just did not seem to care about the customer after they sold the vehicle. Difficult to get anybody to give me the time of day after I purchased. Before I purchased I was the most important person on t they sold the vehicle. Difficult to get anybody to give me the time of day after I purchased.
