This was the last and final time that we will ever use this dealership as a service center for our vehicle. The service rep. was insensitive to the 1k dollar bill that was incurred to our car. The explanation of the "powertrain" warranty was not explained in a manner that make a consumer want to receive service from this or any other service center through Chevrolet. Through our insurance company (which was never told to us was an option) we found out the quote was inflated. When our vehicle was finally finished and we were contacted that it was ready for pick up, it took this service department an additional 30mins to produce the car. After our insurance agent contacted the service department on 2 occasions to make sure the car was ready for pick up. The over inflation of labor charges vs the price of the actual part was also outrageous. This is one of the main reasons consumers seek other vendors to provide services outside of the dealership because price guaging is extreme. This is one of the main reasons we will not be returning to this service department even though it is only a few miles from our home. More

I brought in my 2014 Chevy Cruze to get the turbo replaced under warranty and while I was there they broke the window regulator on the driver side and they didn’t want to take responsibility they wan replaced under warranty and while I was there they broke the window regulator on the driver side and they didn’t want to take responsibility they wanted me to pay for it.
