Dropped of my truck at 9am Monday morning for an oil change & warranty replacement of brake pads. Setvice Advisor called me at 4pm and said he needed to keep my truck until the next day. No problem. Never called me on Tuesday to give me a status report. I called on Wednesday morning. I was told truck would be done that day. No call, so I just showed up at 4pm. Service advisor Looked at computer and told me oil change is done, and they are working on the brakes right now.. wrong,, I showed him the vehicle locate function in the Chevrolet app. The truck was in the parking garage. He said they need to keep the truck overnight again for the brakes. No, I need to go to work. Took truck home. Looked at oil, it was not changed. Looked under the truck; same old filter. Took next day off work due to low oil life remaining and I don't want to be blamed for an engine issue from old oil if I drive jt all day. Came back to dealer, now on day 4. Service manager apologized for issues and said computer does NOT show oil change done. 4 hours later, free oil change and new brakes. Could have done it in my driveway in half the time. Sorry, won't be back. More
The oil used on our car was not the right one, The car was running like crap after the oil change. Had to Take it back in yesterday to have it redone. I should have never had to take my car in twice to get an oil change done correctly. And no one should be touching my stations or anything else in my vehicle I am very disappointed. More

I arrived at 10:20am was not checked in until 10:57am. I waited and waited for my car to be serviced. No one gave me any information. After seeing everyone that was there before and after me leave, I went t waited and waited for my car to be serviced. No one gave me any information. After seeing everyone that was there before and after me leave, I went to the cashier to inquire about my vehicle. She looked it up and said it was not ready this was about 3:00pm . At about 4:00pm the agent who checked me in came by and said he would check on my car it was still not ready. At 4:30 he told me my car was ready I went to the cashier and paid $145.00 plus and told to wait outside for my car. I worker pulled up with some keys and gave them to me said my car was over there. I said where, he pointed and I said that was not my car. He said it matched what he had on the invoice. I insisted that was not my car. He went to check with the agent who checked me in again I waited no response from anyone. I went inside to the agents desk he said they found my car but it had not been serviced yet. Sent me to the cashier for a refund. She made a nasty comment about me paying on my next visit. I didn’t respond too upset. Walked out got in my car and left. More
