I was having issues with my OnStar communication. I called the service center and spoke with Julie Escobar and she said to take it in asap. Later that after Julie called me with an update and letting I called the service center and spoke with Julie Escobar and she said to take it in asap. Later that after Julie called me with an update and letting me know the part would be in the next day. The next day she calls me letting me know the car is ready for pick up. Sloppy. Didn't fix 3 of my issues [dual USB receptical on center dash still doesnt work. It was said to be replaced but felt like the recepticle was bent ins Didn't fix 3 of my issues [dual USB receptical on center dash still doesnt work. It was said to be replaced but felt like the recepticle was bent inside in order to create a tight fit for USBs when pushed in - one side was easy to insert USB while the other one would not allow the USB to be inserted without twisting because it was so tight. Still, with a brand new USB cable Along with an ol one from Julie, the problem of no Autoplay acknowledgment still existed. Additionally, the other 2 usb in the compartment between 2 front seats now work intermittently with Autoplay wheras it was always my 'go to' because the 2 dash receptacles stopped functioning. Left hood open. SUV returned dirty. Overcharged for services I was told would be free when SUV was purchased. I didn't get to take advantage of my rental option because it took them 2 days to diagnose my car and then fixed my SUV early in the day where it made no sense getting a rental. The rental allowance was only $40 which cannot rent an 8 seater Vehicle. The paint, scratch, and rim scrape repair I was told would be included in the warranty do not exist. I accept not covering an alignment. However, I purchased the SUV with clunking noise when the wheels are turned extreme Left and Right. The warranty does not cover tightening of the 'upper and lower suspension bolts' I believe was told to me - which I think should hav been covered with the warranty I purchased smh nb one of the service agents [NOT JULIE] was deadpan and UNhelpful/unwilling to assist/faux preoccupied on Both occasions I went to service area More
