I stopped using the dealership for service because the prices were just getting to high. The staff were all polite & professionalism but I only went for complimentary oil change and it took 4 hours. I waited because I was told it may take 2 hours. However, for some reason I was not notified went for complimentary oil change and it took 4 hours. I waited because I was told it may take 2 hours.
