Gilbert Gonzales is not just a good salesman, he is a customer service expert. No matter the question he had the right answer even if it took 5 minutes to explain it to us, the extra time didn't matter customer service expert. Came in, Edy Lopez saw us approach, introduced himself. I told him specifically what I was interested in, and he showed me the vehicles that met my requirements. Simple straight discussion, then a test r I told him specifically what I was interested in, and he showed me the vehicles that met my requirements. Simple straight discussion, then a test ride. Next we talked price, and things proceeded forward, very smoothyly. While there seems to be more paperwork in the modern car sales than the last time I made a purchase (20 years back), the process was handled well. Very enjoyable experience, and I may soon try Mark Christopher's service departments. More
