Although the crew was very friendly and courteous, they inherited a problem from Temecula GMC and could not be fixed. Also, I waited for almost 3 hours for a “quick brake inspection” that turned into a sensor replacement that should have taken about 30 minutes. Friendly service with a super long wait. I was the only truck that came in during this time and I arrived exactly when one of the team members asked me to. Again, very friendly people but slow service and almost no “checking in” with me to keep me updated. I would, however, recommend this location. Good people. More

I was told that the issue with my truck was found but there is no fix and no timeline for a fix. Then I was told to just call GM corporate office because the dealership can’t help me. I called GM and they told me to call the dealership for more information. The run around is ridiculous. Very disappointed. I have been a customer of this dealership for close to 20 years and a lot has changed for the negative over the years. More
I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday afternoon after calling to arrange my service on the previous Monday. The service writer signed me in took my keys and had little interest in my input. I told him the check engine light had come on and provided the code that was set in the computer. I was told they would contact me the next day in the morning. I waited until 3:00pm and decided to call myself to check the status because I am 1 1/2 hours away. The service writer told me my truck was in the technician's hand at that time. I waited the next day Friday until afternoon to call again and was told the technician had just found the code and he would call me right back to provide an update of the repair three hours later he calls and states my truck repair would be complete by end of shift and they close at 5pm if I wanted to pick it up. We had to make a rush drive to get there just in time before closing. Lack of communication, False information only leads to customer dissatisfaction. My truck also had 7 miles on it for a repair that did not require a test drive??? The service writers need to be straight up with the customer if the department is behind. I know it does not take two days to read a code from the computer and a simple timely update would allow the customer to plan accordingly. More
