Need a better reservation system. I came in for a diagnosis, was told if I came in on Monday they would be expecting me and take care of it right away. When I came in early Monday (MLKDay) I was told the rep that I made the appointment with called off and I was #24 in line. Once I finally got a diagnosis no parts in stock. That’s why I got the pre diagnose. Was not ready till Friday. The rental car cost $200 How about the system that calls you back when it is your turn. Call me to bring it in 3-4 hours before the bay will be available. Gotta do something better More
My truck was returned to me missing a lung nut and when I ask about it the advisor Avo Injian and tech Jorge Terrazas never told me anything about it. They gave a spare lung nut but it was never torque to spec. More
