Dropped off my truck on a Friday, didn’t get it back until Tuesday the following week. Mechanic and service staff seemed to have miscommunication of potential issues I had asked to be looked into. Had t until Tuesday the following week. Mechanic and service staff seemed to have miscommunication of potential issues I had asked to be looked into. Had to call multiple times for follow up. Over heard mechanics repeated answer that my concerns could be due to vehicle after market programmer, and acted like due to that they didn’t want to investigate further. Unfortunately will not be back to this location again. More
