Brought my new vehicle in for the first oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. I made an appointment for 8:30 am and did not leave the dealership until 11:45. Yesterday i went into Mark Christopher for the first time. I wasn't picked by a vulture salesman, but met with a wonderful team from the moment i drove into the lot. I have been leasing cars for a decade and never had this level of customer service anywhere. The total time i spent was 4 hours and that was from the moment i drove on the lot to off the lot, and an hour of that was waiting on my husband. I worked with Mike Sheridan and Ray! AMAZING team, we're able to work out an incredible deal, not to mention they have the largest inventory i have seen since 2019! I have already raved to all my family members and friends about how amazing the service is here and i will never go anywhere else! Even went out of their way to get me a snack from the vending machine because the card machine was broken. They we're super nice to my kids and made sure everything was completed timely and efficiently. Not to mention their prices on their vehicles are outstanding. I love my new Chevy Traverse and i found my new road! Thank you!!! More
