We appreciate the extra care the Service Team showed in diagnosing and fully resolving the intermittent transmission shudder with our Traverse. We especially want to thank Service Rep Jackie Klosky for arranging the extended road test that identified the problem to the technician, and for communicating with the other dealership which helped justify their release of the warranty hold and authorize replacement of the transmission.
