They were extremely dishonest. I came for the Chevy Bolt, which was extremely hard to find because of the rebates, and that's the only reason I went through with the purchase. The salesman told me they were selling it for MSRP, but when I got there it had several additional charges. They even attach a scammy tracker to every vehicle and bill you $1,500 for it (you can't negotiate for them to not include it). I really don't mind the added fees, that car is getting marked up everywhere. Just be honest about it. The finance guy was the worst. He gave me a terrible interest rate (I have great credit) and he negotiated stupid add-ons by offering to lower the rate. He kept repeating the same misleading talking points and never listened to what I was telling him. I also tried to lower the interest rate by having a shorter-term loan, but he wouldn't give me any other terms than 71 months. I would never go here again. More

Very bad customer service. I brought my car in on Saturday for an oil change. I told the advisor (who was rushing me and would not answer my questions) that my car door would I brought my car in on Saturday for an oil change. I told the advisor (who was rushing me and would not answer my questions) that my car door would not open on one side. I asked him that I wanted to change my batter in my remote. He said go to the parts department. The guy in the parts department was rude and lazy talking to another cashier while I’m standing there , he was not paying attention and put the battery in wrong. No one to told him to do this. To make a long story short, when I left the dealership, I went to the bank and what do you know, my remote was not working period. I then waste my Saturday morning and went back to the dealership and the manager was being rude too. Anyway, he said to bring it back on Monday and he will have a technician check it out. Take I took time off from work and Ed the technician said I needed a new battery, which I had got on SATURDAY!!!! I told the manager on Saturday to take my new battery out and put the water lid one back in the remote. What a waste of time, I bought two cars from Mark Christopher, in June I will go to another caddy dealership to get my retirement car. I spent way to much more neu thete iver tge years!! No diversity at the work force and another customer was saying the same and bad customer service has gotten. I truly believe my speedometer was rigged my car. My speed odometer was working fine. More
