Extremely long waiting process to purchase a used $60k vehicle, salesman did not go over vehicle features. Lacking in customer service, no follow up by salesman after the purchase. I could have gotten mor vehicle, salesman did not go over vehicle features. Lacking in customer service, no follow up by salesman after the purchase. I could have gotten more information purchasing a vehicle sight unseen online. You're paying salesmen to do very little work. This is my first Chevy purchase and the lack of service compared to all other dealers I've purchased from in the past few years was appalling. More
