The quality control just isnt there at the service dept. In the last 3 oil services I had to return my car all three times. Bought truck new here, had issues with purchasing. When I scheduled service I made appointment, arrived on time and there were 12 cars in front of myself. Service person went from car-to-car completing paperwork. Went they got to my car they returned to office. I waited several minutes then went to service department and was told I had appointment with Tony. Tony wasn't there at the time and another person wrote up my service ticket. I waited four hours for oil change first service. I was standing outside when a service person approached me and asked my name, I was told car was completed two hours earlier and they sent text message to my phone. I do not have cell phone!,They sent message to my home number on file instead of walking to waiting area to locate myself. Need paging system to notify when service is complete or ask if phone number on file cell or home number is correct. More
