This service department is horrible. For MANY years, I have been a loyal customer of this dealership and have ALWAYS given great reviews. Not any more. Back in February they lost my respect, They overcharged my bill by $150 without my authorization. They FALSIFIED the invoice claiming I authorized the extra expense. NEVER happened. They CONTINUE to claim they are looking into it, but they never contact me. They tell me to contact Jeff Rizzi, which I have done numerous times via email and he NEVER responds. There service department has gone from an A to an F. More
