Customer Service does not even compare to other dealer service departments. Took 3 days to diagnose and estimated costs seems to be excessive. Even after repair, at time of pickup, no customer service, service departments. Took 3 days to diagnose and estimated costs seems to be excessive. Even after repair, at time of pickup, no customer service, car was not even washed. Long way from my experience with Mercedes, infinity and BMW service departments. More
