The customer service for having a Cadillac over $140K was not good at all. I have Toyota Chrysler Mercedes vehicles and they treat their customers way better..i had to practically beg for a ride home, i shou not good at all. And to tell me u don't offer shuttle service is unacceptable! To ask if i want my car wash was dumb too, that should be automatic!!! More
