Bought a brand new truck a week ago. There was a small dent on the drivers side and was given a repair bill. Still have not received a call regarding that item. Took the truck to get ceramic coated and the shop would not do the job due to oxidation. I have brought several new cars to this facility and this is the first time I was turned away. They said the truck needed a full detail to remove oxidation. I would assume that a truck that is over 100K would be in New condition. Also when I took delivery there was no explanation of the vehicle. Not even sure if Onstar is active? I received an email Stating I have it? When I purchased my Escalade from another dealership it was totally different experience. I was told of features and actually made a call to Onstar to have it activated. More
