I had a great experience with Mariano Rivera both with the purchase and with the service department. Although I did not have a major issue with my Ridgeline I did have the service department install a har the purchase and with the service department. Although I did not have a major issue with my Ridgeline I did have the service department install a hard cover for the truck bed and had the VIN # etched onto the catalytic converter. The process was smooth and quick. The staff were courteous and friendly. I have absolutely no concerns that when/if I ever do need service it will be handled as well as this service was handled.
