The quality of service rendered to me was extremely unprofessional. I had an issue I discovered minutes after leaving the dealership with the car I just purchased. I immediately contacted them in order for this to be documented. A few days later I called to make an appointment after the sales representative failed to follow up with me. On this phone call the manager Jerry informed me that I did not need to make an appointment, stating they were a small dealership and I could walk right in. I then asked would I receive a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I was informed that they did not provide this type of service but he ensured me my car would be ready the following day. I dropped my car off on Friday around 1 p.m. After not receiving a call for an update or pickup time I called the dealership. I was then informed that my car would not be ready until Monday due to having to order a part. After voicing my frustrations to the manager (Jerry) about the lack of communication and having to be without a car for 3 days would be of great inconvenience he offered to have someone bring me my car and then pick it up again on Monday to be serviced; stating it would take no more than two hours to fix. Leery about having someone drive my car back and forth for an hour drive I stated they could deliver my car on Monday. I then asked if he could keep me notified of the cars repairs and touch base with me for the delivery of my vehicle. On Monday by 4 p.m. I had not heard anything from this dealership and called them. I spoke to someone by the name of Jackie who stated someone would call me back within two minutes about the status of my car. I waited an hour out of courtesy and then called once again. I informed the receptionist Jackie that no one called me back and once again voiced my frustrations for the lack of communication on their part. Jackie was professionally rude, did not provide me with any answers to my questions and lacked the ability to provide quality customer service. After ending the call, I called back within three minutes in order to ask for documentation of the services provided. Unfortunately, my phone call was ignored (they have caller id) as if they denied the call. Jerry personally delivered my car, and it was observed and greatly appreciated. But as a young African American woman, I do not want to believe I was treated this way because of my age, race, or gender but that is how this dealership made me feel. It was very disheartening that I had to have my father call in order to receive an actual time for the delivery of my car. I would never do business with this dealership again and I do not recommend anyone else give their time, money or energy to North Shore Certified. More

Spoke to Manager JERRy and salesman HENRY who openly admitted to making people finance cars even though they want to by cash, so they can add points for profit to the financing. At least they tell you how they plan to screw you! complaint filed with truecar, to which JERRY blamed and BBB. Stay away!!!!!!! More
