We tried this dealership because we had a horrible experience at Maple Shade Mazda (see review). The salesperson (Pat) was extremely helpful and friendly, and gave a good deal on the trade-in, but unfortunately the new car was coming from a different dealership, and that's when our problems began again. We were told that the car would be in on Monday, and that we could bring in the check and get the car then. On Monday, we received a call from the financial department asking if we would be bringing in a check. We asked if the car was ready for pickup. They stated they could not get the car until we had dropped off the check. When we asked how long it would take for them to get the car after we dropped off the check, they said they would not be able to tell us. Since we were trading in a car, and also put down $1000 deposit in cash, we thought this should have counted for some kind of security deposit, so we were baffled as to why we would need to pay the full amount when they could not even tell use when the car would be in, or where it would be coming from. We tried to come up with a compromise, and their sales people also tried to help, but we could not come to an agreement. Unfortunately since we had already had a bad experience with the owner of this dealership (Maple Shade location), we were extremely concerned that we would be leaving a trade in, plus cash, totaling over $30,000 without knowing when to expect our car to be in. I had phobias that a month or two later, having paid that much money up front, we might still be knocking on their door asking them where our car is. To make another long horror story shorter, we drove to Piazza Mazda in West Chester, PA, and had a great experience! Save yourself the hassle and the headache, and drive to Piazza Mazda for a completely friendly and hassle free experience! We'll go back there next time we're ready for another Mazda! More
