They were fairly friendly when i got there, we were waiting for one of the salesmen that helpped us over the phone, when we were approached by another. When i said that to the dealer he kept saying "Lets not get ahead of ourselves" and to go with the sport. It was only $2000~ more for the touring but came with more features. Every time we brought up a question that seemed important to myself and significant other, he would use that same line as above. Got a great price for being so young, at a 4.9% interest, and a great warranty. Overall it was nice, but in the end with dealer's, i guess, attitude towards myself brought the overall experience down. More

Searched a lot of dealers for my new car. None of the other dealers provided half as much information concerning the Make and specific model as Yuriy did. Not only the normal sales propaganda you get fr other dealers provided half as much information concerning the Make and specific model as Yuriy did. Not only the normal sales propaganda you get from the car companies but a ton of info from independent sources comparing all the choices. He allowed the car to sell itself while answering any questions in full detail. On my first visit I told Yuriy of the other models I was still interested in looking at, he did not have to bad mouth the other cars but simply presented the information as to why my Mazda3 was the better choice. On the day I decided on my car Yuriy was off but the other sales reps in the office told me they work as a team and were happy to get the process started and gave me all the information I needed as to what to bring so I could finish the purchase with Yuriy as I wanted to the next day. Overall experience was excellent, when the product is good the sales team does not have to plead and beg you to buy as others seem to do. More

All but one or two of the vehicles were purchased from Yuriy. Over the years he has always proven to be a professional, easy to deal with and low pressure. He is very knowledgeable concerning Mazda products, even the new technology.
