Lost paper work Arrived on time for my 1st 6month check up on my new Forester at 145. The nice young lady said should be done by 3. Ok so I wait in the waiting room a little after 3 the next person calls me to go over my 21 point check tells everything is ok and will get me when it's ready. 35 min later...I ask someone who was checking on a customer that came in after me what the problem was. He didn't come back after a few minutes. I went to the service desk and asked him he says he couldn't find my name. In the mean time my car is in the middle bay of the garage and others are driving around It! Finally the lady who checked me in was free to ask what the hold up was. She was looking in multiple spots and I could see frustrated she couldn't find my paperwork. When she did she dismissed what happen and smiled just like nothing happened. So I checked out at 335p that is along time to wait for an oil change, and tire rotation. More
