Some experiences haven't went so well, but this last time when I needed the shift module replaced I had a very positive experience. First speaking with Heather about what might be wrong and scheduling an appointment. The repairs were performed in a very timely manner and when I picked up the car Andrea was very nice and helpful in explaining exactly what the issue was and how it was fixed. More
