I recommend Maple Hill Auto Group I had the passenger side airbag recalled in my Subaru. I took it to Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo for the work. I had an outstanding experience. I had the passenger side airbag recalled in my Subaru. I took it to Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo for the work. I had an outstanding experience. Andrea Walker was the associate that helped me. She was friendly, quick and did the "extra" that made a difference. They not only repaired the recalled airbag, but also provided me with another key for my vehicle and two new key chains (I was using a paper clip upon arrival). They also found broken bulbs in my tail light, license plate light and one other place - they repaired that too. They also washed the exterior of my car. All of this took about six hours, and I was given a loaner car to maintain the normalcy of my day. Super impressed and pleased. Thank you Andrea and Maple Hill Auto Group. More

I've kept with Matt as he is extremely good and we have a great relationship. Even if I have a question or concern and Matt isn't available all of the salesmen are very good and more than willing to help out as needed. Greg Vinstra(New car Sales Manager) is always around and checking to make sure if any customer/client is in need of any assistance and if so he takes care of it or finds the correct person to help solve the concern. I have owned or leased appx 10 Subaru's from this dealership in the past 30 yrs and I've never had a concern or problem that wasn't immediately and properly taken care of to my satisfaction.
