Poor communication I would rather talk to the person looking at my car directly. I had two issues with my car that I wanted looked at and one was not even looked at. T I would rather talk to the person looking at my car directly. I had two issues with my car that I wanted looked at and one was not even looked at. The person that comes and talks to you after they are done does not seem to know much about what was done and cannot answer questions at all. I finally got to talk to a mechanic that could better explain the situation instead of dealing with two techs that didn't seem to understand what they were told to tell me. I asked how much a diagnosis fee would be and I repeatedly got very vague answers that did not make sense. Everyone was decently friendly. The only person that could explain anything to me was the mechanic. Cut out the middle people. More

(mind you this was just for a routine oil/filter change) and out of cost pocket was $50. More
