Not awesome, but a very good experience. The Grand Canyon is awesome, most everything in our day to day lives rates less than that. Sorry but the misuse of that word is a pet peeve of mine. Regarding my experience at Maple Hill, that was excellent. I had five cars/models on my shopping list and Greg was most helpful in reviewing differences, which made it easier to narrow that down. But the final choice was made after driving experiences. Then once I made my decision Matt stepped in to orient me to the car and the vast array of features. Great job folks, this was opposite of the typical dreaded car buying experience. More

The furniture in the waiting room was also comfortable and I noticed a separate kids playroom connected to it, how cool! Whenever a representative came in to speak with another customer who was waiting, the Maple Hill rep was polite and gave a detailed response to whatever work was/will be performed on the customer’s vehicle, and asked if there was anything more or less they would like Maple Hill to do for them. My wait was within the expected amount of time that I was told for the service I was receiving. Upon leaving, the staff apologized that their car wash wasn’t working at the time, otherwise they would’ve given my vehicle a complimentary wash, which was quite thoughtful! More

Tired of Waiting So Long For Service Tired of waiting two to three weeks for service, so I traded my Audi A6 in for a BMW 540i. This has been a problem for over two years. They have had a Tired of waiting two to three weeks for service, so I traded my Audi A6 in for a BMW 540i. This has been a problem for over two years. They have had as few as zero technicians on staff. There are usually only one or two techs on staff. This has resulted in an average wait time, for an appointment, of close to three weeks. Even when I had a brake warning light and I was leaving on vacation in a week and a half, they couldn't get me in for three weeks. I had to take my A6 to an independent service shop, for repairs, so I could drive it on vacation. More

I was notified of later in the day of a problem that had been identified and was asked how I wished to proceed. After completion, I picked up my car. I noticed that there was a strange sound being made and I called the service department. They promptly scheduled me for a follow-up visit and diagnosed the problem and how it would be alleviated. I was very pleased! More

Great Volvo purchase experience I had met with Nick Hodgson briefly a few days earlier to learn what deals where available and get more insight on what Volvo model to purchase. Nick I had met with Nick Hodgson briefly a few days earlier to learn what deals where available and get more insight on what Volvo model to purchase. Nick was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative and projected the kind if feeling that if I came back - he was the one I was going to ask for. Last Saturday my wife and I went back shortly after 10:00 and fortunately Nick was there, recognized me and was able to help us with the purchase decision. After a couple of test drives we decided on a Volvo XC 60 Inscription. Nick was very busy also helping other customers but as I am in sales myself I did not mind waiting a few moments so he could provide the same great personal assistance to them as he had shown us. The credit manager (forgot his name) was also very personable and made the boring but necessary process very enjoyable. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase and the terrific assistance we experienced. More
