To put it simply, I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for service because the check engine light was on. Since there are multiple signs on their doors stating "masks must be work" (you know, because we're in service because the check engine light was on. Since there are multiple signs on their doors stating "masks must be work" (you know, because we're in the midst of a global pandemic), my husband and I masked up to drop off our vehicle. We noticed that the majority of the staff was masked up minus two gentlemen who we glanced at but they didn't seem to care that customers could see them. Super professional - ha! I received a loaner vehicle which I dropped off today. As I entered the service department with it, I noticed that the majority of employees were masked up which made me feel confident. I'm on chemotherapy so it's important for me to be able to trust that this company is doing right by their customers. I paid for my car and waited for it to arrive. As it drove up, there was an employee without a mask behind the wheel of my car. He proceeded to get out of my car and there was no sign that it had been sanitized. I'm extremely dissatisfied that MHAG appears that they are doing everything in their power to keep you safe during this pandemic but the actions of this employee says otherwise. If you don't want to wear a mask in the service department, whatever. But what makes them think that it's okay to go without one in a customer's vehicle? I left a voicemail message for Jeff Daniel and I'm waiting for a response back in regards to this lack of professionalism. More
