I am very sorry to hear about your experience and your disappointment. I know the Genesis Sales Manager has already been involved because you filled out a survey there as well. I always want everyone to have a great experience buying a car here. But, I refuse to allow that to be at the expense of my employees. The way you talked to, treated and referred to my receptionists was unacceptable. We do not tolerate cursing, name calling and belittling.
