I have purchased a number of cars in my lifetime, from Cadillac to Chevy and all points between. I made a special trip to Maple Hill as we do not yet have a Genesis dealer in Lansing. My sales person Ni Cadillac to Chevy and all points between. I made a special trip to Maple Hill as we do not yet have a Genesis dealer in Lansing. My sales person Nick was a nice pleasant young man for the most part. Here’s why my car buying experience was horrible at best. I agreed on the purchase of a Genesis G70 for the asking price and 0.0% APR deal through Genesis finance arm. I was having issues with transfer of down payment, the clock was ticking on. The end of the month and end of finance offer. I had cleared the credit check and was for the most part all set. I needed to talk to Nick real time and found it impossible to get ahold of him. I finally did and learned along the way that sales people do not use cell phones ? I had to make the trip down to Kalamazoo 3X as i was unable to conduct business by leaving messages. I also learned that the receptionist either would not or did not have ability to page Nick over an intercom. Having visited the dealership on many occasions I knew the receptionist had a direct line of sight to Nicks office, no matter how i tried to impress upon har i did not want to leave a voice mail she insisted on transferring my call to Nicks voicemail, I would call right back and tell her I needed to speak with either Nick, a sales manager or the financial guy. She twice transferred me one to sales manager, next to finance guy. Both times I got the same result, the phone rag and rang and went to voicemail w/o even an introduction, i did not leave messages as i didn’t know who if anybody monitored these phone lines. I called her back and tried to again impress on her i needed to speak with somebody this late Friday afternoon while my Fidelity office was open. More

I found the staff pleasant and willing to answer all your questions or at least find someone who knows. Even before your car repair work is complete they will call with a status report.
