The instructions for how to access the service garage for my appointment were not clear. The salesman in his cubicle was a bit rude. He asked if I saw the big green arrow. He gave the impression that he didn't want to deal with me. The rest of the staff were not remarkable, except Che. He actually smiled. I was also informed that they didn't wash my vehicle as planned. The driver indicated that it was due to a crack in my windshield, but only said that in hindsight. More
