We've worked with Maple Hill a few times since we moved to the area in 2015. Every time, it is a great experience, whether in sales or service. Traci was SO helpful in buying our new EV. We were definitely worried about making the transition and she was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease throughout the whole process. Made an appt to fix a coolant leak. Techs could not find, so I told the service advisor to keep looking. They finally found it, but would have to keep the Atlas overnight. You were very nice to give me a nice loaner and I picked up the Atlas the next day. That was on 11/17. On Thanksgiving on the way to Detroit, there was a sudden pff noise, then loud turbo sounds on acceleration. Made emergency stop the day after Thanksgiving at Suburban of Troy. They found that you did not put the vehicle back together properly. The charge pipe was disconnected from the throttle body. Please take better care in the future. More
