I apologize for any frustrations you had at your recent visit. An oil change for customers who did not purchase their vehicle at Maple Hill is $69.95 for the first 5 quarts of oil, as stated on your invoice. It looks like your vehicle requires 7 quarts of oil. We charge an additional $8.50 per quart after 5 quarts. We have no way of knowing how many quarts of oil your vehicle requires until we do the oil change. Looking at the history of the vehicle, we did an oil change in May of 2021, and the cost of that oil change was also $88, so that price has not changed in the last year. We do offer a VIP price of $53.95 for the first 5 quarts of oil for customers who purchased their vehicles at Maple Hill as a perk for being a loyal customer.
