Attempted appointments for two different vehicles. Vehicle #1 needed tire rotation and tire balancing. Was informed rotation and balancing could not be done on same day, but scheduled appointment for Vehicle #1 needed tire rotation and tire balancing. Was informed rotation and balancing could not be done on same day, but scheduled appointment for rotation for the following week. Vehicle #2 needed more work, including oil pan gasket and a new windshield washer pump. Earliest appointment was for a month and a half away. Rotation was done without incident, although initial contact gentleman was less than cordial. Cashier employee for service was exemplary. Will cancel appointment for vehicle #2 and take elsewhere. Did not receive confirmation emails when making appointments as informed. Contacting dealership later in day of appointments being made to inquire about emails, little information was given and individual sounded uninterested. There was no follow up communication regarding appointments by either phone call or email. More
