Dealership took 3. 5 months to diagnose and repair vehicle. While at dealership they damaged mirror and had to replace, damaged rear door and cab corner. I will use every form of social media to expose dealership practices and how GM treats the people that purchase their products. Totally forgot. That this dealership didn't offer me a loaner at any point. Service manager and general manager will not call me back. Having the body damaged repaired by body shop and paying for it myself, no way this vehicle will ever drive, or get towed to this location. I highly recommend if you're having this type of issue with this dealership to contact General Motors corporate and get a case number. Once your vehicle is repaired due what I am doing, going to different manufacture more than likely Toyota. More

Alicia was "ABSOLUTELY AMAZING". While I was on the phone with another dealership for 20 minutes, she was patient with me an took my wife by the hand to see what she was looking for While I was on the phone with another dealership for 20 minutes, she was patient with me an took my wife by the hand to see what she was looking for in regards to the truck and accessories she would like in it. Alicia showed her probably the only truck that was available on the lot and my wife fell in love with it immediately. We traded in our 2016 Silverado that we purchased from Mandal and got a very fair price on our trading and bought a truck that was within my budget with more options that I thought possible for that price. Additionally, Tony offered me a 10 year warranty on the vehicle for what I believe is a more than reasonable price. At 70 years old this may be the last vehicle I ever buy and there is great comfort in knowing that my repairs in the future will be at minimum out of pocket expense.
