I found a 2015 SRX in the colors I wanted and visited the Malouf Cadillac showroom. Dennis Sloyan met with me and showed me the car and let me take it out for 2-3 test drives. The vehicle has low mileage, and Dennis worked with me to get a lower interest rate. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was all ready for me and Dennis spent a lot of time with me to show me all the features and set up the trial OnStar and Sirius XM radio features. Dennis is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I would definitely work with him again and visit Malouf again when I'm looking for another car. Kevin in Finance was easy to work with too. Kevin and Dennis helped us select the perfect vehicle and work out a fair price. When it came time to pick up the vehicle the next day everything was ready for us including the registration and switching our insurance. After signing the required forms, Dennis took us out to the vehicle to explain all of the controls, set up the Infotainment System, On Star and Sirius. The next day he called us up to see if everything was ok and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or relative to the friendly staff at Malouf Cadillac. More

Restored my Customer Loyalty to Chevrolet! I have been a Loyal Chevrolet Customer for almost 2 decades which represents multiple vehicles with having a family of 6. Approaching the maturation of my current 2 leases, I went to a recommended dealer in Cherry Hill and had a really bad customer experience with Sales. I had researched other vehicles from different Manufacturers other than Chevy having had that bad experience. It had been my first time to Malouf and the General Manager, Joseph Mitolo and my Sales Rep, Bill Selby totally changed my Chevrolet experience. Hoping to have at least 2 decades more of vehicles coming from this dealership. These people were decent & ethical. Although this dealership was pretty large they seem to care enough about the average customer right down to Finance Manager, Kevin Szelag! Great experience. More

Avoid Dishonest Cadillac Service Manager Vehicle in question: 2015 ATS AWD I visited the dealership in late 2014 to lease an ATS; salesman I dealt w/ treated me like a child so I went to G Vehicle in question: 2015 ATS AWD I visited the dealership in late 2014 to lease an ATS; salesman I dealt w/ treated me like a child so I went to Gold Coast and leased the vehicle in question. However, I've brought my vehicle to Malouf since 2015 for service as its closer to my house than Gold Coast. I had 0 issues w/ service @ Malouf until recently. I was LIED to and told I needed new rear brakes on a car w/ less than 30k miles (most of them country, not city miles). I asked for a print-out of the technician notes, and was denied a copy. Thinking something fishy was up, I brought the vehicle to Hudson Cadillac in upstate New York, where the vehicle was inspected a 2nd time. The service manager there tells me plainly: "I'd love to take $600 from you, but you don't need new brakes at all sir". Proceeds to give me vehicle technician report and readings. I suspect this wasn't an honest mistake, and the issue has been brought up to Cadillac Corporate for them to inspect further. Needless to say, this review will be posted wherever possible online, and I'll never do business w/ or recommend a Malouf dealership to anyone ever again. More
