I forgot to report that Mr. Oliver Starling, Director of Service, does not recognize the discount coupons that Ford sends to our doors, for the, 10% on "any service or repair" does not include labor! and adds to the coupon a condition that it does not have, it is only for invoices of $ 1,000 or less, then then to invoices of 5.575.36 it does not apply !!! Incredible!!! That's a biased interpretation to say the least.
