Your Typical Car Dealership Worked out most the details without being at the dealership, that was my choice since I was buying my used truck out of market. Since my lease was end Worked out most the details without being at the dealership, that was my choice since I was buying my used truck out of market. Since my lease was ending of my current truck, I was in a pinch and needed another truck. Unfortunately, the salesman and finance team were not upfront about the term of the loan and I wound up with an 8 year loan...ridiculous. While signing all my finance paperwork, the finance manager made me look like an idiot. The finance manager was noticeably upset when I refused to buy the extended maintenance warranty and kept saying "...this doesn't seem logical to you?" One of breaking points was that the truck had to fit in my parking garage. The truck fits, but I discovered they let about 30psi out of the front tires. The salesman said the brake pads were replaced and rotors re-surfaced, but they constantly squeak anytime I brake. A maintenance plan was "included" with my truck purchase and the finance team claimed that the coupons could be used anywhere across the USA. When the booklet came, each coupon clearly stated that coupons were redeemable at Mall Chevy ONLY. I was tossed to the issuing company with no resolution from Mall Chevy. Finally, I was offered the option to cancel and a refund to my loan, even though I wasn't supposed to pay for these coupons in the first place. Overall, pretty dishonest dealership and I would not recommend to anyone. More

Excellent experience After shopping around at 3 other dealers, I came into Mall Chevrolet. All within 2 hours, I traded in my car for a fair price and purchased a new 2017 After shopping around at 3 other dealers, I came into Mall Chevrolet. All within 2 hours, I traded in my car for a fair price and purchased a new 2017 Chevy Tahoe. Steve Rosenberg was a great salesman and made the process very easy. He listened to what I wanted and was very proactive on his follow ups after my purchase. Dante Vannicola, the General Sales Manger, was also extremely helpful. I will definitely be back to use their service department, buy new cars and I hope to refer them business as well. More

Do NOT USE! I would not recommend going to this dealership. I was taken advantage of financially when they fixed my check engine light and told me it would take a I would not recommend going to this dealership. I was taken advantage of financially when they fixed my check engine light and told me it would take all day to do and only took half of the day they charged me for the whole day. Also they said the car rental (which they brought up) said it was on them only to be added into my bill. The service guy said he took of $75 dollars so he can charge me another $40. What a FRAUD! I will never go back to them. I would stay clear of this dealership. This is the second time they charged a lot for the labor which the work was not done for the whole day. More
