Terrible Experience! First of all, no one came out to greet us and inquire what we were there for. We had to walk in the building before anyone welcomed us. We decided on First of all, no one came out to greet us and inquire what we were there for. We had to walk in the building before anyone welcomed us. We decided on a vehicle and were advised we were approved for a specific payment. They asked us to come back within the next week to complete the paperwork because their finance department was backed up (this was a Saturday, so that was understandable). NINE days later, they finally tell us that the paperwork is ready. We do in, and our payment went up an extra $30! Despite being advised we were approved for another amount. Additionally, my payoff amount on my trade in car was off! They had to make updates on the final paperwork, but I'm still paying that extra $30 that I originally did not agree to, and made that very clear. Now, my temp tags expire on 2/12/17, and they're still not there. I was advised when I called today that they most likely wouldn't be there until the day before and that's the standard in NJ. That is so not true! We bought a new car back in September from another dealer and they arrived well before the temp tags expired. I will NEVER do business here again and would not recommend them to anyone. More
