Still having problems with the radio after the old one was replaced. The mechanics left tools in my vehicle when I first bought it in for the same reason. Once again Mall Chevy's Service department did not disappointment me! They were able to get my Blazer in same day to check it over and do a oil change and tire rotation. I went into the dealership to buy a 2017 Chevy Trax! They never allowed me to veiw or test drive this vehilce, stated can't finance without a warranty. Then they pushed me to a 2021 Spark that was $18,0 They never allowed me to veiw or test drive this vehilce, stated can't finance without a warranty. Then they pushed me to a 2021 Spark that was $18,000, im too tall for this, ridiculous payment. Then they pushed me to a 2021 Silverado with a super ridiculous monthly, knowing i didn't want a truck. Finally pushed me to a Compass, acting like they are doing a favor. They added the 2 year warranty, claiming gave me a better payment. They could have given this on the original vehicle, they weren't making enough money! Typical from sales rep, to a manager, to a finance manager, never showed APR until signing. More

My customer service experience for my recent Re-call car service was great…I was a little concerned about the need of a Re-call so soon after just purchasing a 2024 Trax but the customer service representat service was great…I was a little concerned about the need of a Re-call so soon after just purchasing a 2024 Trax but the customer service representative reassured me…the service time for the service was minimal considering…I also want to mentioned that I received to my surprise a check in the mail refunding me for the MV(motor vehicles) services…Quite honestly, didn't know that I might be charged a little to much to process paperwork (thus the refund) another words being as though I knew nothing about the charges they could of keep the amount refunded.. Greatly appreciate the up front team @ Mall Chevy for the honesty… More
