My experience at mall Chevy was a pleasant and the fastest car purchase I think I've ever made. The only thing that I would ask you to revise is after buying a new car, the salesperson sits in the car fastest car purchase I think I've ever made. After driving off I was extremely unsure of how to set up all the options the car has to offer. Lastly I think you should have bottled water and or some kind of snacks/food for customers since when buying a car it takes a long time and it would be nice to have something there. They tried to upcharge me knowing the insurance was going to cover the cost of it completely. They also took off my brand new tire and gave me an old one. I had video proof so they had no choice but to give to cover the cost of it completely. They also took off my brand new tire and gave me an old one. Had new tires installed, my regular writer had to leave for day and when I picked up car I saw some kind of white substance on outer wall of all tires.
