I just purchased a car in April from Mall Chevy. I had to take my car to get serviced for a rattling noise. I made an appointment and then I received a call saying they can’t get to my car, they would look a take my car to get serviced for a rattling noise. The following day I called and they said they had no time, they would get to it the following week. They kept my car for 4 days, then I was told something was wrong with my transmission. When I asked further they said they did not get a chance to look at my car at all, but that from how i described the sound, they thought it was my transmission. He said they won’t be able to get to it for a little while. I asked if I would be able to get a rental car since they would be keeping my car for a while. The service guy said let me ask my manager and hung up. He called me back and said it’s just your transmission, we won’t be able to get to it for a month but “don’t worry it’s totally fine to drive on”. Just bring it back to us in a month we made you another appointment. More
